Emotional Resilience (1.4) is the capacity to absorb impact, recover equilibrium, and grow through adversity. Where 1.1 stabilises you in the moment and 1.3 helps you shift emotional states, 1.4 focuses on how you bounce forward after setbacks, disappointments, or draining experiences.
This module gives you a clear, repeatable resilience cycle you can use after difficult events to move from impact → recovery → growth. You are not broken — you are building capacity.
