Instead of living on autopilot or chasing external approval, this competency helps you ground your life in what genuinely matters: values, contribution, meaning, and direction. Through the Purpose Compass Cycle, you learn to notice drift vs direction, name core values, feel where purpose lives in your body, ask the compass question, and translate purpose into small, aligned actions. This becomes a stable sense of “I know what I’m moving toward,” strengthening motivation, resilience, and coherence across your life.
