11.3 Social Responsibility
11.3 Social Responsibility is about recognising that your choices ripple into the wider community — and learning how to respond in a way that is both caring and boundaried. When this skill is underdeveloped, people may act only in self-interest, ignore their impact, or feel crushed by guilt and over-responsibility. When developed, they can see who is affected, clarify what is and isn’t theirs to carry, and make realistic contributions that honour both self and others. Using the Responsibility-Contribution Cycle — Notice → Name → Balance → Contribute → Integrate — you’ll practise the anchor phrase: “I carry what is mine, and I contribute with care.”
